Limits of Privacy Protection

Your confidentiality is guaranteed to the extent possible for transactions occurring on the internet and through email. Due to my training as a therapist, I do not discuss my clients in any identifying way. Nor are Angel Spirit Healing services covered under any mandated reporting law.

Gathered Information

In order to communicate with you, and provide services, your name and email address, and possibly your phone number will be collected and maintained. Such information is purged from my hard drive within 2 or 3 years if further services have not been requested. Your information is held as a sacred trust, and is never sold, given, traded or otherwise provided to any 3rd party merchants.

When you make payment with PayPal, your financial information is not accessible to me other than the fact that the transaction has been successfully added to my account. At no time do I have access to your credit or debit card information, or bank account.

About Browser / Analytic Cookies

This website's sitemap may have been submitted to Google Search Console for site ranking purposes in Google's search engine. Google might use computer code called cookies which can ascertain your general location, computer IP address, and type of device used (desktop / laptop / cell phone / tablet) for the purpose of tracking internet use by the general public. However, that information is not monitored by me, nor this website's designer or host. Your browser -- whether Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Edge, etc -- may track your browsing history. Neither I nor this website's host, Wix, have access to your browser history.

This website's webhost, Wix, does gather and aggregate minimal non-identifying information such as which pages and posts are visited the most, at what time of day on which days, on which social media any pages or posts are shared, and which countries visitors are coming from. We cannot see your IP address, or city.

You are encouraged to check this disclosure on subsequent visits to this website for further information in the unlikely event that additional analytics software has been added.

Clients and purchasers of Angel Spirit Healing services are free to breach their own privacy boundaries if you desire to provide a testimonial about my services. You are also free to offer a testimonial under a pseudonym if you have concerns about being publicly identified with esoteric practices. I will support your decision to empower yourself either way. Should you decide to use your own identity for a testimonial, I cannot be responsible for any negative feedback you might receive from your family, friends, or community, but I will be happy to consult with you on how to handle it.

Refunds and Responsibility

When thinking about enrolling in an Angel Spirit Healing class or purchasing a healing session or reading, you are responsible for understanding how that class or service will be delivered. No refunds can be made on the basis of not realizing or not understanding how the class or program would work -- i.e., be all online, or by email without phone or in person contact -- if you did not exercise the responsibility to ask questions prior to enrolling. It is expected that you will be a wise consumer and ask first! Angel Spirit Healing has no obligation to refund class enrollment fees or service fees on the basis of you not knowing what the class or service was about, as those details are clearly spelled out on this website above or below payment buttons. Additionally, the Angel Spirit Healing is easily accessible through the contact page of this website for you to ask for more detail prior to enrolling in a class or service.

When you purchase a reading, or healing service, you are responsible for any actions you choose to take based on the insights and understandings you acquire from the information provided. Contact with Spiritual Entities

Some services provided by the Angel Spirit Healing may involve contact with your guardian angels and archangels, and other metaphysical entities. Contact is done on your behalf, always and only for your highest good, and is made with the voluntary cooperation of the entities that choose to step forward when called to provide insight and messages for your benefit. In no way will these spiritual entities disrupt your personal faith or belief system, negate any other spiritual allies you work with, or take any actions on the spiritual or physical planes without your express request and permission. No attempt will be made to convert you to any religion, to indoctrinate you into any dogma, or to influence the practice of your spiritual path, although some suggestions might be made as possible alternatives from which you could choose.

Subjectivity, Skeptics, and Fraud

Services such as tarot and energy healings are highly subjective practices, meaningful to those who are open-minded, curious, and willing to consider possibilities beyond three dimensional physical reality, on a deeply personal level. Skeptics seek proof, but knowledge that is derived from intuitive, and energy practices does not lend itself to objective, empirical proofs.

Angel Spirit Healing does not engage in the fraudulent practices of so called curse removal, fortune-telling, or selling Middle Ages type talismans for protections from psychic attack. You will never be told that your well-being is dependent on contributions, donations or purchases to guarantee your safety, peace of mind, or health.
